PEACE PATROL employs justice-impacted men who lead collaborative work with police. PEACE PATROL aims to decrease opportunities for violence in public spaces, engage justice-impacted men in restorative service to their communities, and forge a new social contract between distressed neighborhoods and law enforcement.
We establish bases (meeting points) and regular routes in impacted communities. Participant perform hourly patrols of no more than 30 minutes. Justice-impacted participants are also provided with case management assesments.
